Why word of mouth matters to us
We are a small family-run firm, not a national franchise, so we cannot hide behind a brand. If we leave a driveway striped, turn up late or add charges at the end of a job, the person we let down lives three streets from our next customer. That keeps us honest.
The comments that come up most often are the ones we care about: responding quickly, coming out to measure up the same day, being fairly priced, explaining what needs doing and why, and leaving the property tidy. Several of our guttering customers came to us after being let down repeatedly by the company who originally fitted the system — we found the actual fault, explained it plainly and put it right.
