This policy explains what personal information Sam & Son Jet A Drive collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately short, because we collect very little.

Information we collect

When you fill in our quotation form we ask for your name, telephone number, post code, the service you are interested in and, optionally, your email address and a short description of the job. We record which page the enquiry came from so we know what you were reading.

If you telephone us, we keep whatever details you give us in order to arrange the visit and quote for the work. If you become a customer we keep a record of the work carried out and the price agreed.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit, provide a quotation and carry out any work you go on to book, plus to contact you afterwards about that job. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not send bulk emails, and we do not sell, rent or pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it is stored

Enquiries submitted through the website are stored securely in our hosted database and are accessible only to us. Access is restricted, and enquiries submitted through the site cannot be read by other visitors.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years, in case you come back to us. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for six years to meet accounting and insurance requirements.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just telephone 07736 371248 or mention it when we next speak, and we will deal with it.
