Is the quote really free?

Yes, and there is no obligation attached. We come out, look at the surface, explain what we would do and give you a fixed price. If you decide not to go ahead, that is entirely fine.

What information do you need from me?

Your name, phone number and postcode, the service you are interested in, and a short description of the job. Rough measurements or a photo help us plan the visit, but they are not essential.

Question 3

How soon will you get back to me?

Accepted Answer

We aim to reply the same working day. If you need us urgently, calling Sam is always quicker than the form.

Question 4

How far ahead do you book?

Accepted Answer

It varies with the weather and the season — spring and early summer are our busiest months. Smaller jobs can often be slotted in within a week or two; roofline and gutter refits need a little more notice.

Question 5

Do I need to be at home on the day?

Accepted Answer

Not usually, provided we can get to the area and to a water point if we are using yours. Window and gutter work is all done from outside, so nothing needs unlocking.

Question 6

How do I pay, and is a deposit needed?

Accepted Answer

Payment is due once the job is finished and you have seen the result. We take bank transfer or cash, and we do not ask for deposits on standard domestic work.

What happens to the details I submit?

They are used only to contact you about your enquiry and are never sold or passed on for marketing. Our privacy policy sets out how enquiries are stored and for how long.
