Driveway cleaning in Haywards Heath

Our first project of the year took us to a property in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. After a long, damp winter, the driveway was in need of some serious attention. It is never a case of one size fits all with jet washing, and we worked methodically across the whole driveway to ensure every inch was rinsed thoroughly.

Protecting the surrounding garden

Throughout the job, we took care to divert all dirty residue away from the flowerbeds and drainage systems. This meant the surrounding planting stayed protected and the water run-off caused no issues for the property. Once the cleaning was complete, we cleared away all displaced debris and left the area tidy.

The finished result

The cleaning brought the original colour of the stone back through, and the difference was immediately noticeable once the surface had dried. The algae and moss were gone, leaving the driveway far safer to walk on and much easier to maintain going forward. We also advised the homeowner on simple maintenance, such as regular sweeping to prevent leaf mulch from breaking down into new soil for weeds.
